- Manage all aspects of reconstruction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements.
- Utilize DASH and Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the restoration industry.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
